Date: ASAP - 1 year (extension possible)
Schedule: 4 days/week, 8:00a-5:00p; No Call
Practice Setting: Outpatient Hematology & Medical Oncology
Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Licensing: Active Ohio license required; Board Certified Hematology & Medical Oncology
Credentialing: Approximately 2-3 months
Required Skills: Hematology and Medical Oncology evaluation, treatment planning, ongoing cancer care, and outpatient management.
