Oncology Inpatient Hospitalist Massachusetts | ASAP Start | 1-Year Assignment | Potential to Extend
We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology-trained Inpatient Hospitalist for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in Massachusetts.
Opportunity Highlights- Start: ASAP
- Assignment Length: 1 year with potential to extend
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Shifts: Four 10-hour shifts
- Preferred Schedule: Tuesday–Friday
- Patient Volume: Approximately 12–15 patient encounters per day
- EMR: Epic
- Practice Setting: Inpatient Oncology
- Coverage Model: Combination of independent inpatient care management and collaborative care with other providers
- Local Candidates: Preferred
- Travel Candidates: Considered for providers able to commit to consistent shifts
- Active Massachusetts medical license REQUIRED
- Hematology/Oncology fellowship REQUIRED
- DEA REQUIRED
- CSR REQUIRED
- Bone marrow biopsy experience preferred
- Long-term 1-year commitment with potential for extension
- Consistent 4-day workweek
- Predictable Tuesday–Friday schedule preferred
- Manageable daily patient volume
- Work within an Epic environment
- Opportunity for both independent practice and collaboration with an experienced care team
