Hematology/Oncology Physician Location: Mason City, Iowa • Full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician. • Busy outpatient practice with immediate patient volume. • 4-day work week with excellent work-life balance. • Beautiful, comprehensive Cancer Center with a $10 million expansion/renovation completed in 2021. • Join a team of 4 Hematology/Oncology physicians, 2 Radiation Oncologists, and 4 APPs. • Cancer Center includes 24 infusion chairs and 20 exam rooms. • Reasonable patient volume designed to support a strong work-life balance. • Survivorship and genetics programs available onsite. • Minimal phone-only call, 1:4 rotation, with calls extremely rare. • 24/7 Hospitalist team manages most calls and inpatient responsibilities. • Weekly tumor boards with onsite specialists including Pathology, Radiology, General Surgery, Urology, Gastroenterology, and more. • Extensive support staff including dietitians, physical therapists, clinical pharmacists, social workers, financial counselors, tumor registrars, and other oncology specialists. • H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available. Compensation & Benefits • $800,000 income guarantee for Years 1 and 2. • $150,000 commencement bonus. • Relocation assistance up to $15,000.
