- Scheduled + On Call optional
- Full-time only; 4 days/week
- Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30
- Call: weeknights and weekends 1:2; 2 hours gratis per 24-hour call
- Support staff: 2 front office, 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 Navigator, plus additional support
- Patient population: Adults only (18+); ~10 patients/day initially, expected to grow
- Case mix: Hematology 40% / Oncology 60%
- Settings: Clinic and hospital; hospital size: 131 beds
- EMR: Epic
- Team: 1 employed full-time physician already hired
- Requirements: BC or BE in Oncology, Active PA license or IMLC LOQ, DEA
- Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days
