This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM | October 7 and 21, November 4 and 18
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Type of cases and required procedures: New patient and follow up visits
- Credentialing timeframe: One week
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Certifications required: Board certification
- Licensure required: Indiana license in hand
