Assignment Dates:
- November 5
- November 18
- December 26-27 (remote call only)
- December 30-31
Patient Volume: Approximately 15-21 patients per day
Requirements: BC/BE Hematology & Oncology
Core Skills: Diagnosis, staging, treatment planning, symptom management, chemotherapy oversight, infusion center coverage, and hematology/oncology patient management
Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Clinic and Infusion Center
EMR: iKnowMed (clinic) and Cerner (infusion)
Support: Long-term NP, clinic RN, infusion RNs, MAs, and office staff
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Call: Remote phone call coverage only; no hospital consults and no inpatient oncology service
