- Location Info: This is primarily a float position. A full-time provider would spend approximately two weeks each month at one facility and the remaining two weeks splitting time between two other facilities.
- Certifications Needed: BLS
- Patient Population/Case Load: 18+ yrs; 15 PPD

- License: VA license required
