Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Description:
- Position Type: Locum Tenens
- Specialty: Oncologist / Hematologist
- Location: Lafayette, IN
- Start Date: ASAP | End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- EMR: Cerner
- Practice Setting: Outpatient + Inpatient
- 36 hours of patient care per week
- 30-minute administrative time + 1-hour lunch included
- Call Coverage: Every 4th or 5th week, one full week at a time
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Fellowship: Required
- Licenses Required: BLS
- Call Type: Beeper
- Response Time: Within 30 minutes
- Call Responsibilities: New inpatient consultations, rounding, and emergent consultations.
- Seeking a Locum Tenens Oncology / Hematology physician for primarily outpatient care with hospital call coverage. Patient mix is approximately 70% Oncology / 30% Hematology.
