All Star Healthcare represents a facility in Washington State seeking ongoing HemOnc locums coverage.
- Coverage Type: Outpatient (some inpatient call on occasional weekends)
- Schedule Type: Clinic and Call
- Call Type: Weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call
- Shift Times: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Lunch: 30 minutes to 1 hour unpaid
- Minimum Shift Requirement: 4 weeks per month; full-time coverage
- Guaranteed Hours per Day: 10
- License Requirements: Active WA license or Active IMLC
- DEA Required: Yes
- Board Certification: BC only
- Lymphoma experience and cell therapy experience are preferred.
- EMR System: Epic
- Patients per Shift: 11
- Beds in Department: 17
