- Schedule: Friday (5p) - Monday (7a)
- Reason: Open physician position
- Practice Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient
- Trauma Level: Level III
- Patient population: Adult and Geriatric
- 70% Onc and 30% Hem; no IM
- 1 Physician in practice; No APP support
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 12-25
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 2-8
- EMR: Epic
- Cred timeframe: 3 - 14 days once application is completed and submitted for temporary privileges and 2 - 3 months for permanent privileges
- Willing to pay for full travel

Qualifications
Board Certified Hematology - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
Active VA License - [REQUIRED]
BLS - [REQUIRED]
COI coverage of $2.6M/$7.8M (VA statute limitations) - [REQUIRED] if requested by the facility
