- Setting: Outpatient, clinic only; no call
- Days: 3-4 days/week; Tue-Fri preferred (flexible on days)
- Hours: 8:00a-5:00p or 7:30a-5:30p
- Timeline: Start 12/1/2026; ongoing
- Patient volume: ~10 encounters per shift
- Facility: Newly remodeled; 9 infusion chairs; 4 exam rooms
- Epic EMR
- Requirements: Active OR license, DEA, Board certified/board-eligible, BLS
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
