Shift(s) Description: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 Hour Lunch) + Shared Beeper Call (Nights & Weekends)
Coverage Dates:
October 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027
Practice Details:
- Practice Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
- Reason for Coverage: Long-Term Permanent Vacancy
- EMR System: Cerner
- Patient Volume: Approximately 15 Patients Per Day
- Support Staff: RN, MA, PA/NP, Office Staff
- Current Team: 2 Physicians & 3 Nurse Practitioners
Additional Details:
- Full-time coverage preferred; will consider providers available 2–3 weeks per month.
- Shared night and weekend beeper call.
- Community-based Cancer Center with Radiation Oncology services.
- Providers will see both ambulatory and hospital patients.
- Bone marrow biopsies can be performed in the Cancer Center and are preferred.
- Cancer Center includes 18 chemotherapy infusion chairs and 2 non-chemotherapy infusion chairs.
- Temporary privileges available.
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology (Required)
- License Requirement (None) : Willing to Obtain
- Fellowship Trained (Required)
- ACLS (Required)
- ATLS (Required)
- BLS (Required)
