Overview
A rapidly growing, physician?led health system in Naples, Florida is developing a comprehensive Oncology Service Line to meet the needs of one of the state’s fastest?growing communities. This is a high?impact opportunity for outstanding Hematology/Oncology physicians who want the resources, infrastructure, and partnerships to help build a premier, integrated cancer program.

The program is particularly interested in candidates with expertise and/or interest in:
Hematology/Oncology – Myeloma
Hematology/Oncology – Acute Leukemia
Benign Hematology
Medical Oncology – Breast
Medical Oncology – Gastrointestinal (GI)
Medical Oncology – Genitourinary (GU)
Medical Oncology – Thoracic
BMT / Cellular Therapy
Physicians interested in building disease-site programs, developing care pathways, and expanding clinical trial access are strongly encouraged to apply.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide high quality, compassionate care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
Help build and expand a subspecialty focused clinical practice as the service line grows
Participate in and help grow a clinical trials portfolio, supported by dedicated research infrastructure
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and academic partners through tumor boards and case conferences
Optional leadership opportunities (for qualified candidates) in areas such as service line development, disease site programs, quality, and research operations
Potential for academic connectivity and appointment based on background and interests
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted medical license, or eligibility for licensure by start date.
Board certified or board eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology (as applicable to role)
