Assignment Details
Start Date: August 17, 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Call: One weekend per month, Friday 5:00 PM–Monday 7:00 AM
Call Structure: Phone-only backup coverage with no onsite response
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
Volume: Approximately 20–25 patients per shift
Setting: Outpatient
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
Clinical Details
Outpatient hematology and oncology care
Evaluation and management of hematology and oncology patients
Admissions as clinically required
Weekend phone guidance for hematology and oncology patients
Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
Hematology/Oncology fellowship training
Active Missouri license
BLS
Active DEA
