Details:
- Start Date: October
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Call: Potential 3–6 night call shifts/month (5 PM–7 AM)
- Patient Type: 100% Adult
- Setting: 95% Clinic / 5% Hospital
- Specialty Mix: 70% Oncology / 30% Hematology
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Volume: 18–22 patients/day (2–3 new consults)
- Appointment Times:
- New Patients: 30 minutes
- Follow-ups: 15 minutes
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology
- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Required
- KY License or IMLC (LOQ in hand preferred)
- BLS & ACLS Required
- Experience with outpatient/inpatient Hematology & Oncology
- Intrathecal Chemotherapy Experience Required
- Intracavitary Chemotherapy Experience Preferred
- NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) Required
- COVID Vaccination Required
