POSITION SUMMARY
The organization is seeking physicians to provide hematology and oncology care within outpatient clinic settings supported by multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include managing a broad range of malignant and benign hematologic conditions, coordinating infusion services, collaborating with surgical and radiation specialists, and participating in a shared call structure designed to support a balanced clinical schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Hematology and/or Oncology.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Fellowship training in Hematology and/or Oncology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
• Training or experience in Hematology and/or Oncology.

COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in evaluating and treating hematologic and oncologic disorders.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgical, radiation, and interventional specialists.
• Skill in coordinating infusion services and related diagnostic resources.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical quality and safety.

• Outpatient hematology and oncology clinics supported by advanced practice providers.
• Collaboration with surgical, radiation, and interventional teams within a comprehensive oncology program.

• Use of industry-standard EMR and modern diagnostic tools.
• Integrated care model with navigators, research staff, and supportive services.
