Shift(s) Description:
- 2 weeks on/2 weeks off - Clinic hours: 8-4; Call schedule TBD

- Patient Contact Hours: 6

Dates Needed Coverage:
- The facility needs coverage 4 days per week. 95% of coverage is outpatient. 5% of coverage is inpatient.
- Providers will need to be able to cover (mostly). These can be either M-Th or M-F:
- September 14 - October 2 (3 weeks)
- October 19 – 30 (2 weeks)
- November 16 - 27 (Excludes Thanksgiving) (2 weeks)

- Telehealth: Yes, there may be telehealth in addition to inpatient responsibilities
- Job Description: Medical Hematology/Oncology coverage for 4/5 days per week. Inpatient coverage of both sites
- Medical Imaging: Yes
- Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-30
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-15
- Appointment Length: consult - 40 minutes, follow up - 20 minutes
- Patient Population: Primary Clinic - Medicare/ Medicaid/Commercial; Secondary Clinical - Commercial, Medicare
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements
- Board Certification – Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology - [Required]
- Active IA License or Active IMLC- [Required]
- Fellowship Trained in Hematology & Oncology [Required]
- Must be experienced - [Required]
