Hematology/Oncology Opportunity Location: Indianapolis, IN Board Eligible/Board Certified Medical Oncologist & Hematologist • Practice Setting: Busy, well-established hematology/oncology practice with strong community ties • Team: Collaborative work with specialty support staff and other physicians What We Need: • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Ability to develop strong relationships with patients, staff, and the community • Collaborative approach to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care What You Can Expect: • Clinic schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. • Inpatient hospitalist rotation: 1:8 • Weekend call: 1:8 • Holiday call: 1:8 • Outpatient volume: Gradually increase to 21 patients/day within two years • Inpatient volume: 25–35 patients per rounding list • Physician covers own weekday call • Outreach locations (travel not required to all sites): Carmel, Columbus, Mooresville, Plainfield, Putnam County, Lafayette, Crawfordsville, Decatur County Hospital, Major Hospital, Rush Hospital • Strong specialty support staff • Busy, robust practice with established workflow What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with income guarantee and bonus incentives • Generous recruitment package including relocation allowance, commencement, and retention bonuses • Paid malpractice coverage • 27 days of allowed time off plus 5 additional paid CME days with annual stipend • Full benefits package including health, life, dental, vision, and legal insurance • Retirement options: 403(b), 457(b), 401(a) • Short- and long-term own occupation disability coverage • Customized marketing support • Leadership development opportunities through board and committee participation Organization Overview: • Non-profit healthcare network providing primary and specialty care across Indiana and Illinois • Mission-driven, patient-centered care with values of Respect for Life, Fidelity to Mission, Compassionate Concern, Joyful Service, and Christian Stewardship • Network includes over 1,000 employed physicians and advanced practice providers across 260+ locations • Team-based care model with many sites recognized as Centers of Health Care Excellence
