Schedule & Coverage
- Clinic-based schedule (standard daytime hours)
- Occasional inpatient rounding as needed

Clinical Details & Responsibilities Setting: Outpatient clinic Patient Population: Adults Patients per day: 15–20
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing hematology and oncology patient care in an outpatient setting
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans
- Providing follow-up care and monitoring treatment progress
- Occasional inpatient rounding as needed
- Practicing independently as the sole provider on site
Support & Technology
- EMR: EPIC
- Independent practice environment
Requirements
- Active Washington License – Required
- BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) – Required
- Must provide case logs demonstrating hematology/oncology clinical activity within the past 24 months (waived if recently completed training)
