The hourly pay rate for this position is $527.44. Benefits include competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable. A 6-9 month assignment is available, starting June 1, 2026.

Hematology/Oncology Physician
Join a dynamic hematology and oncology specialty team dedicated to providing comprehensive care in a growing outpatient setting. As a Hematology/Oncology Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative cancer treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy, contributing significantly to patient outcomes and quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an outpatient clinic with 15 treatment chairs, seeing approximately 18-20 patients daily, with occasional inpatient consults.
- Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and administer therapies such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted, and hormone therapies.
- Document patient encounters efficiently using Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system with Ai assistance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including NPs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies, maintain professional attire, and provide timely patient care during scheduled hours.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in hematology and oncology.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
- Proficient in Epic EHR, with experience in charting and documenting treatment.
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
- Valid New York medical license and active board certification.
- Must have current licensure in hand and up-to-date work history with no gaps exceeding 30 days.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for overtime.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Ai-assisted charting tools.
- Previous work in outpatient oncology clinics.
- Familiarity with inpatient consultation procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of chemotherapy and targeted therapy protocols.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Residency or fellowship in Hematology/Oncology.
- Proven track record in outpatient cancer treatment settings.
Other Requirements:
- NY State medical license in good standing.
- Experience with Epic EHR platform.
- Reliable cell phone for communication, including during Ai charting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Willingness to adhere to dress code and clinic policies.
