Hematology/Oncology opening in Johnson City, NY / Norwich, NY - Visa Eligible
Located in Johnson City, NY & Norwich, NY - Binghamton 5 miles, Syracuse 75 miles
Full-time; Permanent
H1/J1 Visa Assistance
Overview:
* Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology physician
* Split schedule: 3 days in Johnson City, 2 days in Norwich
* Join an established oncology practice with 4 physicians and 5 APPs
* Only oncology practice within a 60-mile radius with strong referral base
* Treat a full range of adult hematologic and oncologic conditions
* Clinic volume: 22-30 patients per day
* Onsite infusion centers and lab services at each location
* Hospitalist coverage rotation (no clinic responsibilities during that week)
* Call rotation 24/7 with APP support for first call on weekends
* Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong clinical support

Compensation & Benefits:
* Base salary range: $435,000 - $550,000 (negotiable based on experience)
* Partnership track available after 3 years
