###Locums | Hematology/Oncology | Clinic + Call | Coos Bay, OR ###Why This Role * Outpatient-focused locum with emphasis on solid tumor oncology * Supportive team including 2 APPs and onsite radiation oncology * Flexible 4-5 day work week with admin/half-day options * EPIC EMR training provided with structured orientation ###Assignment Details * Start Date: ASAP * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call * Schedule: 4-5 days per week, 8:30a-4:30p, 1 admin/half-day if needed * Patients per Day: 10-15 outpatient * Call Details: 1 in 4 rotation, 7 days total including one weekend per month * EMR: EPIC ###Requirements * Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology * Active Oregon license preferred (willing to accept providers needing to obtain) * DEA * Clean background and malpractice history preferred * Self-Query NPDB report within 30 days * CAQH login and password at time of offer ###Clinical Details * Scope: Outpatient and limited inpatient oncology and hematology care * Typical Procedures: * New solid tumor patient evaluation and management * Chemotherapy administration oversight * Coordination with radiation oncology and APP team * Inpatient chemotherapy consults as needed * Patient follow-up and care planning ###Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
