### Locums | Hematology/Oncology | Clinic + Call | Paducah, KY ### Why This Role
- Predominantly outpatient practice (95% clinic)
- Balanced mix of oncology and hematology cases
- Established program with steady patient volume
- Ongoing coverage with long-term potential ### Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Setting: Outpatient + minimal inpatient
- Schedule: Clinic-based with call
- Patient Volume: ~22/day, 2–3 new consults
- EMR: Epic
- Call: 2 nights/week (5p–8a)
- Weekend Call: Every other weekend (Fri 5p – Mon 8a) ### Requirements
- Board Certified Hematology/Oncology
- Completed Hem/Onc Fellowship
- Active KY license (highly preferred)
- BLS, ACLS required
- COVID vaccination required
- Clean history
- NPDB (within 30 days) ### Clinical Details
- 100% adult patient population
- 70% Oncology / 30% Hematology
- Outpatient-focused with limited inpatient consults
- Intrathecal chemotherapy required
- Intracavitary chemotherapy highly preferred ### Compensation
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
