One of our Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician for a locum tenens opportunity combining clinic, inpatient consults, and call coverage.

Assignment Highlights
- Full-time schedule (5 days/week, 8-hour days)
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Minimum 6-month commitment
- Call requirements:
- Night call: 10 days/month
- Weekend call: 2 weekends/month
- Call rotation: 1:2
- Call type: Inpatient + phone
- 4 hours of rounding included on weekends
- Academic system with tumor board participation
- EMR: Epic
- Travel reimbursed per policy
- Malpractice insurance covered

Typical Work Expectations
- Outpatient oncology/hematology clinic (primary focus)
- Inpatient consults aligned with call rotation
- Limited rounding (supported heavily by APPs)
- Coordination with infusion center and multidisciplinary teams
- Participation in tumor boards
Job Responsibilities
- Manage hematology and oncology patient panel
- Provide outpatient clinic care
- Perform inpatient consults as needed
- Participate in call coverage (phone + inpatient)
- Coordinate care with APPs, pharmacists, and oncology team
- Document in Epic
Skills & Experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Active Pennsylvania license or willingness to obtain (IMLC accepted)
- DEA required
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Comfortable managing both benign and malignant hematology and solid tumors
- Epic experience preferred
