- ASAP and Ongoing
- Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Beeper Call
- Dates: 2 weeks per month
- The office is open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Providers usually see patients from 8:00 am to noon and 1pm to 5pm.
- Monday – Friday, occasional night and weekend call included in assignment Details
- Outpatient, Inpatient
- Patients Per Shift: 10-15
- Support Staff: 13 RNS - 3 PA/NP - 13 Office Staff
- Trauma Level: 2
- Call Response Time Required: 15 min
- Phone Consults: 0-5
- 10-15 patients per day Call currently 1:2 with very few calls
- The office is open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Providers usually see patients from 8:00 am to noon and 1pm to 5pm.
- EMR: Athena and Cerner
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, BC, MI license, Fellowship Preferred
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
