Join Our Team as a Hematology/Oncology Physician – Make a Difference in Patients' Lives

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide exceptional care in a vibrant community setting. This key role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse adult patient population, including solid tumors and benign and malignant hematology cases, in a supportive environment committed to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care. Required Skills:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
  • DEA license and eligibility for licensing or IMLC consideration
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in hematology/oncology
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
  • Strong diagnostic and procedural skills, including ability to perform bone marrow biopsies and lumbar punctures
  • Excellent communication and patient management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in rural or community healthcare settings
  • Prior participation in tumor boards and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Familiarity with infusion center operations
  • Additional language skills pertinent to patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of fellowship in Hematology/Oncology
  • Proven success managing a diverse adult oncology and hematology patient panel
  • At least one year of post-fellowship clinical practice

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to start on the scheduled start date of 05/10/2026
  • Ability to work fulltime (Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts)
  • Willingness to participate in weekend and night call rotations (average 10 days/month)
  • Participation in tumor board discussions and community infusion services
  • Compliance with all credentialing requirements, with an expedited process available for qualified applicants

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $480.39
