🎗️ Hematology/Oncology Physician – Pennsylvania (High-Paying Locum | Clinic + Call)

We are seeking Hematology/Oncology Physicians for a high-paying locum opportunity in Pennsylvania. This role offers a strong balance of outpatient clinic, light inpatient consults, and call coverage, all within a collaborative cancer care environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Hematology & Oncology care 🎗️
• Diagnose and manage solid tumors and blood disorders
• Conduct new consults, follow-ups, and treatment visits
• Support inpatient & ER consults as needed 🏥
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams (NPs, navigators, specialists) 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️
• Supervise and support clinical operations during assigned coverage sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation

🗓️ Schedule Highlights

• Start Date: June 22, 2026 📅
• Long-term assignment (through March 2027) ⏳
• Full-time preferred (minimum 3 days/week accepted)
• Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Call Schedule:
  • 1 week/month 📞
  • Mix of phone + inpatient consults
  • Light volume (0–2 calls/day)

👨‍⚕️ Clinical Scope

• Patient Volume: ~15 patients/day
• Case Mix:
  • 2/3 Oncology (lung, breast, prostate, colorectal, etc.)
  • 1/3 Hematology
• Services Include:
  • Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, IVIG, IV iron
  • Infusion center support available 💉
• ⛔ No inpatient chemo, bone marrow biopsies, or lumbar punctures required

🎓 Qualifications

• MD/DO degree
• Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Fellowship training required
• Active Pennsylvania license (or willingness to obtain)

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Dual board certification (Hem/Onc preferred)
• Experience in community oncology settings
• Strong comfort with clinic + consult-based workflow
