Coverage Needed
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 7a-7a EMTALA Call (3-8 shifts potential), Monday-Friday clinic
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend, Friday (5p) to Monday (8a)
- On Call Requirements: 2 nights per week, 5p-8a
Clinical Details
- 100% Adults
- 95% clinic; 5% hospital
- 70% Oncology; 30% Hematology
- EPIC EMR
- Average patient census: 22/day; 2-3 new consults
- Locum to Perm option available
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
- KY State License - Highly Preferred
- COVID Vaccination
- BLS & ACLS
- Outpatient/Inpatient Hem/Onc
- Intrathecal Chemotherapy
- Intracavitary Chemotherapy - Highly Preferred
- Self-Query NPDB report (must be dated within 30 days)
