- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; On Call: 2 nights per week (5 PM – 8 AM); Every other weekend Fri (5 PM)–Mon (8 AM)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide Hematology and Oncology care primarily in an outpatient setting
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients with cancer and blood disorders
- Administer treatment plans that may include chemotherapy, including intrathecal and intracavitary if required
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Completed Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
- Kentucky State License (highly preferred)
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- BLS and ACLS Certification
- Required to submit a Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of the presentation

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call duties: 2 nights per week, 5 PM to 8 AM
- Every other weekend on call from Friday, 5 PM to Monday, 8 AM

Skills
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR
- Skilled in performing detailed patient assessments and creating effective treatment plans
- Ability to manage a patient load efficiently, handling an average of 22 patients per day including 2-3 new consults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and staff
