Facility Oncology & Hematology is seeking a Hematologist-Oncologist for a locum-to-permanent opportunity with ongoing coverage.
- 100% Adults
- 95% clinic; 5% hospital
- 70% Oncology; 30% Hematology
- EPIC EMR
- Avg patient census: 22/day; 2-3 new consults
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship - [REQUIRED]
- KY State License - [Highly Preferred]
- COVID Vaccination - [REQUIRED]
- BLS & ACLS - [REQUIRED]
- Outpatient/Inpatient Hem/Onc - [REQUIRED]
- Intrathecal Chemotherapy - [REQUIRED]
- Intracavitary Chemotherapy - [Highly Preferred]
- Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - [REQUIRED]
