Locum Hematologist-Oncologist Opportunity – Paducah, KY

Seeking a Hematologist-Oncologist for an ongoing locum assignment at a regional referral center.

Position Details:

  • Adult-only patient population

  • Practice mix: 95% outpatient clinic, 5% inpatient

  • Case mix: 70% Oncology, 30% Hematology

  • EMR: EPIC

  • Average volume: ~22 patients/day with 2–3 new consults

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology

  • Completed Hematology/Oncology fellowship

  • Active Kentucky license (strongly preferred)

  • COVID vaccination required

  • BLS & ACLS certifications required

  • Experience in both outpatient and inpatient Hem/Onc care

  • Required procedures: Intrathecal chemotherapy

  • Preferred: Intracavitary chemotherapy

  • NPDB self-query report (dated within 30 days) required at submission
