We are launching a new service line and seeking an outpatient Locum to Perm provider. This is a faith-based, compassionate care environment serving the Michiana community.
-Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
-Location: Plymouth, IN 46563.
-Team: New service line; collaborative environment within the Trinity Health network.
-Charting: Transitioning to EPIC (currently Cerner/Powerchart).
Job Responsibilities
-Maintain a high-volume outpatient clinic with an average of 30 patients per day.
-Perform Bone Marrow Biopsies and manage VAD/CV Catheters.
-Participate in Tumor Boards and manage Bone Marrow Transplants.
-Supervise chemotherapy administration alongside oncology nurses.
Qualifications
-Licensure: Active Indiana State License [REQUIRED].
-Certifications: BLS [REQUIRED].
-Credentialing: Self-Query NPDB pulled within the current month [REQUIRED].
-Timeline: Estimated 60 days with IN license; 90 days without.
Working Hours
-Availability: March 2026 – March 2027 (1-year commitment).
Skills
-Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient flow (30 PPD).
-Commitment to a permanent transition in a new service line.
