Job description Hematology/Oncology Physician – Part-Time | Port Townsend, WA Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a part-time Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our accredited Oncology Clinic, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, rural setting. This is an exceptional opportunity to deliver meaningful oncology care while enjoying the natural beauty and vibrant culture of the Olympic Peninsula. Position Highlights Part-time, two-day work week (two 10-hour days: 8 hours patient care, 2 hours protected administrative time) Base salary $530,000–$565,000 plus RVU-based incentives - Prorated Sign-on bonus eligible Generous comprehensive benefits with top-ranked insurance and retirement contributions Annual CME allowance and education loan reimbursement via WSAC Single location, fully integrated Epic EMR system Collaborative team: board-certified oncologists, Nurse Practitioner, and oncology-certified RNs Opportunity to work in a Commission on Cancer-accredited clinic with access to clinical trials Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for oncology and hematology patients in outpatient and infusion settings Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and coordination Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Commitment to rural community practice Community Highlights – Port Townsend, WA Nationally recognized Victorian seaport with historic waterfront and thriving arts scene Renowned wooden boat culture and year-round festivals celebrating film, music, and maritime heritage Proximity to Puget Sound and Olympic National Park for hiking, kayaking, sailing, cycling, and wildlife viewing Walkable downtown with vibrant farmers markets, local restaurants, and strong community connection Scenic ferry access to Seattle and nearby urban amenities Unique blend of coastal beauty, cultural richness, and small-town warmth Estimated pay range/amount is $530000-$565000 per year.
