Hematology/Oncology Physician – Part-Time | Port Townsend, WA
Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a part-time Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our accredited Oncology Clinic, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, rural setting. Position Highlights
Part-time, two-day work week (two 10-hour days: 8 hours patient care, 2 hours protected administrative time)
Base salary $530,000–$565,000 plus RVU-based incentives - Prorated
Sign-on bonus eligible

Collaborative team: board-certified oncologists, Nurse Practitioner, and oncology-certified RNs
Opportunity to work in a Commission on Cancer-accredited clinic with access to clinical trials
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care for oncology and hematology patients in outpatient and infusion settings
Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and coordination
Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Commitment to rural community practice
