🏥 Position Overview
The Hematology & Oncology Physician will diagnose and treat patients with blood disorders and various types of cancer, developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✨ Diagnose and treat hematologic disorders and malignancies
✨ Develop and manage chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment plans
✨ Monitor treatment outcomes and patient progress
✨ Provide ongoing patient consultations and follow-up care
✨ Coordinate multidisciplinary cancer care with specialists and healthcare teams
✨ Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and disease management
✨ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
🧬 Clinical Focus
The physician will manage a wide range of hematologic and oncologic conditions including:
✔ Blood disorders and hematologic diseases
✔ Solid tumors and malignancies
✔ Cancer treatment planning and management
✔ Long-term oncology care and patient monitoring
📋 Qualifications
🎓 MD or DO Degree
🎗️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology
📜 Ohio Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
🤝 Strong commitment to patient-centered oncology care
