Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Call: None
Availability: Prefer full-time, but will consider providers available at least 3 weeks per month
EMR System: Epic
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Patients Per Shift: 16-20
Bed In Department: 16
Minimum Board Certification: Certified
What is the license requirement to bid: Licensed in WA or IMLC
Staffing: 1 RN, 1 MA, 6 PAs/NPs, and 4 office staff.

- Board certification in Hematology/Oncology is required.
