Job Description:
  • Perform full-spectrum hematology and oncology patient care, including new patient referrals, active treatment, and follow-up care
  • Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for patients, families, and staff
  • Provider will be going between the two facilities
  • Comprehensive, multi-disciplinary oncology service line with network access to subspecialties such as:
    - Radiation Oncology
    - Neuro Oncology
    - Surgical Oncology
    - Gynecologic Oncology
    - Breast, Thoracic, and Colorectal surgery
  • Expansive Cancer Network serving West Michigan and the Lake Michigan shoreline
  • Extensive Primary Care referral network for strong patient support
  • Full complement of ancillary support staff and programs, including:
  • Advanced Practice Providers
  • Infusion services
  • Care Management
  • Social Work
  • Nurse Navigation
  • Nurse triage
  • Research and Clinical Trials
  • Laboratory and Pharmacy
  • Genetics and Financial Counseling
  • Program marketing to enhance outreach and patient engagement
  • Partnering team of specialists for coordinated patient care
Additional Requirements:
  • Not accepting Locums candidates.
  • Open to new graduates (and must be board-certified within 2 years)
  • Open to H1B visa candidates, not open to J1

Submission Requirements

  • Fellowship-trained - [REQUIRED]
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be board certified within 2 years of eligibility) - [REQUIRED]
  • MI license (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
  • Copy of most recent NPDB Report (within 30 to 60 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
  • DEA (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
  • BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
