Job Description:
- Coverage primarily at a facility in Davenport, IA and Silvis, IL clinics .
- Inpatient consultations primarily at Genesis Medical Center-Davenport, IA
- Shared call
- Iowa and Illinois License required

- Hospitalist team proving inpatient support

Submission Requirements
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of Residency and to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Hematology - [REQUIRED]
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of Residency and to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Medical Oncology - [REQUIRED]
- IA and IL licenses (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
- DEA Verbal Confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start) - [REQUIRED]
- CSR/CDA (or able to obtain prior to start) - [REQUIRED]
- Clean Malpractice - [PREFERRED]
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED]
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee, then transition to wRVU Model (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
