Job Description:

• Coverage primarily at a facility in Clinton, IA; may eventually rotate to an affiliated health system in Davenport, IA.
• Inpatient consultations primarily at Genesis Medical Center-Davenport, IA
• Shared call
• Iowa and Illinois License required

Submission Requirements:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Medical Oncology - [REQUIRED]
• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Hematology - [REQUIRED]
• IA and IL license (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
• DEA Verbal Confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start) - [REQUIRED]
• CSR/CDA (or able to obtain prior to start) - [REQUIRED]

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee, then transition to wRVU Model (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
