An exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist to join a thriving outpatient oncology practice in beautiful Vermont. ๐ฉบ Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care
- See approximately 14โ16 patients per clinic day
- Conduct occasional inpatient consults as needed
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of cancer conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment options
- Participate in shared and negotiable on-call rotation
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR system
- Stay current with advancements in oncology care
โ Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (ABIM)
- Active or eligible for Vermont medical license
- DEA certification
- BLS certification
- Clean malpractice history
- Strong communication and compassionate patient-care approach
๐ Working Hours
- 2 Clinic Days per Week
- Approximately 20 Hours per Week
- Shared/Negotiable On-Call Rotation
- Weekend participation as scheduled
