🩺 Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care
• See approximately 14–16 patients per clinic day
• Conduct occasional inpatient consults as needed
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of cancer conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment options
• Participate in shared and negotiable on-call rotation
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR system
• Stay current with advancements in oncology care

✅ Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (ABIM)
• Active or eligible for Vermont medical license
• DEA certification
• BLS certification
• Clean malpractice history
• Strong communication and compassionate patient-care approach

🕒 Working Hours

• 2 Clinic Days per Week
• Approximately 20 Hours per Week
• Shared/Negotiable On-Call Rotation
• Weekend participation as scheduled
