We are seeking a Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician for a locum opportunity in Richmond, Virginia. This role offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient oncology coverage while working with an established care team.

⏰ Schedule

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call Coverage Required
Coverage Needed: April (weekly coverage)

🩺 Practice Details

Average Hospital Patients per Day: 12–15
Team Environment with 2 physicians currently in practice
Opportunity to oversee a Nurse Practitioner
Participation in enrolling patients into research studies

📋 Key Responsibilities

Provide Hematology and Medical Oncology care
Manage inpatient oncology patients
Support outpatient coverage when needed
Supervise NP when applicable
Participate in research study enrollment
Provide call coverage

💰 Compensation

Submit at best market rate
Conversion fee cap: $25,000

✅ Requirements

Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology
Active Virginia Medical License
BLS Certification
Clean background required
Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
