Clinic Coverage at Marion: 4 days per week (preferred Tuesday–Friday), 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

2 weeknight call shifts per week (4:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Weekend Call Coverage (Marion & Grady): 1 weekend per month (Friday 4:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM)

Includes daytime hospital call and evening call responsibilities

Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Clinic with hospital call coverage

Patient Population: Adults (18+)

Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day

Support Staff: 1 APP, 1 RN, 1 MA

Procedures: None required
Responsibilities
-
Manage EPIC In Basket daily (attached to previous locums)

Place own orders (nursing support available if needed; do not override ABN warnings)

Sign outpatient notes by end of day or by end of following day
-
Provide handoff to next provider in call rotation
-
Participate in after-call coverage as scheduled

Round on assigned inpatients in the morning as needed and complete consult notes by EOD
