Job description
An established, high-performing cancer care team in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to join their collaborative and physician-led practice. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive oncology services in a well-supported clinical environment while extending specialty care to underserved rural communities in southern Colorado.
The physician will primarily practice in Colorado Springs with dedicated outreach services approximately six (6) days per month to clinics in Lamar and Trinidad, ensuring expanded access to high-quality cancer care. This is a permanent position (no locums or locums-to-perm). Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Deliver outreach services up to 6 days per month to rural clinics (2–3 hours travel required)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nurse navigators, and social workers
• Participate in a flexible four-day work week model
• Share limited call responsibilities within the group
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient-centered cancer care initiatives
• Utilize EPIC EMR system-wide
• Support equitable access to oncology services for rural and underserved populations
Qualifications
• Colorado Medical License (active or ability to obtain prior to start)
• DEA License (required prior to start)
• Willingness to travel for rural outreach (approximately 6 days per month)
• Must be seeking permanent placement
