LOCUM Hematology Oncology Physician – Grove City, Ohio

Outpatient Focus | Integrated Cancer Center | March Start

365 Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology Oncology Physician for an outpatient locum opportunity in Grove City, Ohio. This assignment offers a fully integrated cancer center environment with strong multidisciplinary support and a structured weekday schedule.

An ASAP March start is preferred, with the initial assignment anticipated through June. Full-time availability is ideal. Limited availability may be considered if the physician remains accessible for patient-related calls.

Schedule Model

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• After-hours answering service (only urgent calls escalated)
• Weekend call required
• Call limited to local cancer center patients
• No heavy inpatient call burden

Practice Overview

Primary location: Integrated outpatient cancer center

• 12 total exam rooms (9 dedicated to medical oncology)
• Infusion center with 16 chairs and 2 private infusion rooms
• Multidisciplinary oncology support including:

  • Advanced Practice Providers

  • RN Navigators

  • Social Workers

  • Dieticians

  • Oncology Pharmacist

  • Research and Genetics services

This is a collaborative oncology model with strong institutional support and coordinated specialty care.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Comprehensive outpatient Hematology & Medical Oncology care
• New consultations (30–45 minutes)
• Follow-up visits (15–20 minutes)
• Multidisciplinary care planning
• Collaboration with radiation oncology and surgical specialists
• Inpatient care supported by private practice APPs
• No required procedures

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology (ABMS)
• Active Ohio medical license
• Comfortable working within multidisciplinary oncology teams
• NPDB self-query
• Clean background history
• Internationally trained physicians welcome if ABMS certified
