🚀 Immediate and ongoing opportunity for a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology physician to join a well-supported outpatient cancer program on the beautiful Oregon coast. Enjoy a balanced schedule, strong team collaboration, and consistent monthly coverage needs.

📍 Position Snapshot

• Specialty: Hematology & Medical Oncology
• Location: Oregon
• Setting: Outpatient, Free-Standing Cancer Center
• Coverage Need: ASAP – Ongoing
• Minimum Commitment: 2 weeks per month (required)
• EMR: Epic

🗓 Schedule & Call

• Clinic Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Workweek: 4–5 days per week
• Admin Time: Optional admin day or half-day available
• Call Rotation: 1:4
• Call Coverage: 7 days including one weekend
• OT: After 40 hours (Sunday–Saturday workweek)

👩‍⚕️ Clinical Overview

• Patient Volume: 10–15 patients per day (outpatient)
• Case Mix: ~80% Oncology / 20% Hematology
• Inpatient Work: Only when patients are admitted for chemo
• Focus: Timely access for new solid tumor diagnoses

• 3 physicians currently in practice
• 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Radiation Oncology available onsite
• Collaborative multidisciplinary environment
• Lodging provided and coordinated

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology
• Active Oregon license preferred (willing to wait for licensure)
• DEA (verbal confirmation at name clear)
• Current self-query NPDB
