Job description
An established, hospital-employed cancer program is seeking two Hematology/Oncology physicians to join a cohesive and highly respected team in a regional referral center. This is a full-scope Hematology and Medical Oncology position offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care within a multidisciplinary cancer center.
Physicians will practice in a collaborative environment with strong mentorship, advanced oncology technology, dedicated APP support, and academic affiliation opportunities. The program offers comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care with integrated diagnostics, infusion therapy, radiation oncology, and specialty services under one roof.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient responsibilities
• Treat a patient mix of approximately 70% solid tumor and 30% hematology cases
• Participate in shared call schedule
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams and advanced practice providers
• Support regional referral patients and occasional satellite clinic coverage
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
• Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents (optional)
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (0–5 years from residency) in Hematology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (0–5 years from residency) in Medical Oncology
• Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA and controlled substance registration (prior to start)
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• H-1B visa candidates accepted; cannot support J-1 waivers
• Not accepting locums candidates
Working Hours
• Approximately 80% outpatient clinic / 20% inpatient care
• Shared call schedule
• Occasional satellite clinic coverage as needed
