Locums Hematology and Oncology Physician in New York - Light Call
Hematology and Oncology Physician locums opportunity in Saratoga Springs, New York, offering full-time coverage with a structured 1 to 5 call rotation.
Highlights
- 6-month minimum commitment with a full-time weekday schedule
- 1 to 5 call rotation with minimal callbacks
- Established team of 3 physicians and 3 APPs
Practice Setting
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- 12 infusion chairs onsite
- No procedures required and no bone marrow transplant
Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Shared 1 to 5 weeknight call plus 24-hour weekend call
- APP manages inpatients with physician backup as needed
Cases and Volume
- 40 percent Hematology and 60 percent Oncology
- 15 to 20 patients per day
- 1 to 2 new patients daily
Requirements
- Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
- Active New York license
