Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: 03/01/2026
- End Date: 06/30/2026
- Schedule: Outpatient clinic hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Call: After-hours answering service; only urgent calls are escalated
- Weekend and On Call Requirements
- Full time - Preferred
Clinical Details:
- 12 total exam rooms (9 dedicated to medical oncology)
- Infusion center with 16 chairs and 2 private infusion rooms
- Fully integrated, onsite cancer center
- Provide comprehensive outpatient Hematology and Medical Oncology care
- Manage new consultations (30–45 minutes) and follow-up visits (15–20 minutes)
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning
- Support Staff: Multidisciplinary support including Advanced Practice Providers, RN Navigators, Social Workers, Dieticians, Oncology Pharmacist, Research and Genetics services
- Collaborate closely with radiation oncology, surgical specialists, and hospital teams
- Inpatient care supported by private practice APPs
- Call: No heavy inpatient call burden
Requirements:
- Board Certified (ABMS board-certified or board-eligible)
- Internationally trained physicians welcome if ABMS certified
- Active OH license
- Comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams
- Self query NPDB
- Clean Background
- Ideal candidate is someone wanting a long-term assignment
