Coverage Needed
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
- Clinic Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
- Call Schedule: Yes, exact schedule TBD
- Weekends: As Needed
Clinical Details
- Inpatient Responsibilities & Telehealth
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-30
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-15
- Appointment Length: Consult - 40 minutes, Follow-up - 20 minutes
- Patient Population: Primary Clinic - Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial; Secondary Clinic - Commercial, Medicare
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Nursing Support 1:1, Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy
- Services Offered: Patient assessments, new treatment plans, ongoing treatment plans, changes in therapy, referral for ancillary services, end of life care, chemotherapy management, pain management
Requirements
- Must be experienced
- Provider must be willing to work at two locations
- Clean Malpractice/Background
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Active IA License or Active IMLC LOQ
- Fellowship Trained in Hematology & Oncology
