Job Opportunity: Locum Physician in Hematology Oncology
Join a dynamic healthcare team at a state-of-the-art facility located in Grove City, Ohio. The practice is situated at a fully integrated cancer center, providing comprehensive care with the support of advanced practice providers, RN navigators, social workers, dieticians, and oncology pharmacists. With 12 exam rooms, including 9 dedicated to medical oncology, and a well-equipped infusion center, you’ll have everything you need to deliver exceptional patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient Hematology and Medical Oncology care.
- Manage new consultations (30–45 minutes) and follow-up visits (15–20 minutes).
- Collaborate closely with radiation oncology, surgical specialists, and hospital teams.
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning.
- Inpatient care supported by private practice Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- No required procedures.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified (ABMS board-certified or board-eligible).
- Active Ohio medical license (not accepting IMLC due to urgency of need).
- Comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Self query NPDB.
- Clean background (no exceptions).
- Internationally trained physicians welcome if ABMS certified.
- Ideal candidate is someone wanting a long-term assignment.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification (required).
- Ohio medical license (required).
