Locum Tenens Physician - Hematology/Oncology
Position Type: Locum Tenens
Specialty: Physician - Hematology/Oncology
Location: Beckley, WV.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with inpatient call every 3rd week
Start Date: 05/01/2026
End Date: 1 year contract
Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult (18+)
Setting: Oncology (Hospital / Outpatient Cancer Center)
Responsibilities: Clinic coverage, inpatient call coverage, oncology patient management
Required Procedures: Bone marrow biopsy
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Nurses, CMA, APP
Days Per Month: Full-time coverage (minimum 3 weeks/month)
On-Call/Weekends: Yes — inpatient call 1 in 3 weeks including weekends
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified with Oncology Fellowship
- Active WV License
- BLS & ACLS Certifications
- Clean background
